We will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery by the carrier within the estimated delivery time from the date of purchase. If an item is delivered, we will inform you immediately and use reasonable efforts to minimize the delay.
Delivery Terms:
We mainly use USPS to deliver your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider.
Tracking:
We offer tracking so you can follow its adventures until it reaches you.
Undeliverable Packages:
Suppose a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. In that case, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred when reshipping the package.
Shipping to Canada
Shipping costs to Canada will be $22. Taxes will not be collected, saving 5 - 15% on costs. The estimated delivery window is 7 - 21 days, depending on how long it takes to clear customs.

International orders, including those shipped to Canada, may be subject to customs duties and import fees upon delivery. These charges are assessed by the destination country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
