Jurassic Park 3 Park Builder is a construction and management simulation game, allowing you to design, build, and manage your own prehistoric theme park on Isla Sorna.

Core Gameplay Mechanics

• Dinosaur Creation: You send excavation teams to eight worldwide locations to find fossilized mosquitoes. DNA is extracted from these fossils to breed and hatch dinosaurs in a laboratory.
• Park Management: You must build facilities such as hotels, restaurants, shops, and tour bus stations to satisfy visitors. Management includes setting ticket prices, hiring advertising, and maintaining a budget.
• Diverse Species: The game features 140 different creatures, including iconic dinosaurs like the Tyrannosaurus Rex, Spinosaurus, and Velociraptor.
• Environmental Challenges: You must manage six different island environments (jungles, beaches, etc.) while dealing with disasters like hurricanes and earthquakes that can damage buildings.
• Winning Conditions: The primary goal is to run a profitable park for 20 years without going bankrupt.
