Mega Man ZX Advent is a fast-paced 2D action-platform video game developed by Inti Creates and published by Capcom in 2007 for the Nintendo DS. It is the direct sequel to Mega Man ZX and takes place nearly five years later in a futuristic world caught in a war between humans and robots.

Story and Protagonists

The game features two different protagonists. Players choose their character at the beginning of the game, following two separate but intertwining storylines:

• Grey: A young reploid boy discovered in cryogenic hibernation inside an abandoned laboratory.
• Ashe: A human bounty hunter working for the Hunter's Guild.

• Biometal Model A: Both heroes discover a sentient relic called Biometal Model A, which grants them twin buster weapons and access to a powerful "Megamerge" suit.

Players can transform into 14 different forms, including all 8 of the game’s "Pseudoroid" bosses and 5 rival Mega Men forms, utilizing their unique elements, traversal abilities, and attacks to open up hidden map routes.
• Interconnected World Map: Moving away from the rigid mission structure of the first game, Advent features a more linear narrative flow while keeping a massive, interconnected map full of side quests, teleporters, and hidden database disks.

• Touch Screen Functionality: Players can tap the lower screen to instantly swap between unlocked battle forms or toggle between gameplay and map navigation screens.
• Condition Bonuses: Defeating bosses utilizing specific strategies (avoiding hitting their weak points) rewards players with special items and medals.
