Released in August 2002—months after the console had been discontinued—this version was ported by Edge of Reality and utilizes the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 game engine to run on the older cartridge hardware.

• Exclusive Content: The N64 version features an exclusive Downhill level, though it cuts several other maps, pedestrians, and interactive elements found on sixth-generation versions (like the PS2, GameCube, and Xbox) due to hardware constraints.
• Game Modes: Features the standard Career Mode, Free Skate, and Single Session. It also includes a scaled-down "Create-A-Skater" mode and a surprisingly robust Skate Park Editor.
